Southern Africa was the big winner, with Botswana and South Africa racking up the majority of the awards in this category. We’re hard-pressed to argue with the choices! It’s certainly no shock to see a Singita property snag the top spot. We were, however, rather surprised to see a write-in candidate appear on the list. We haven’t yet had the chance to review Xigera in Botswana, but now that it’s won eighth place, we’ve moved it to the top of our list to inspect when we’re next in the region.
