Membership Fees, Payments and Automatic Renewals
You acknowledge and agree that by ordering from us, you are signing up for a membership with us. You agree to pay all applicable membership fees made known to you when you order your membership (“Membership Fees”). We may use a third-party payment vendor (“Third-Party Payment Vendor”) to process your payment of Membership Fees. You warrant and represent that you are the valid owner or an authorized user of the credit card or other payment card to such Third-Party Payment Vendor, and that all information you provide is accurate.
Auto Renew
It is important to note that when you sign up with us, your membership will automatically renew until you cancel it. All Andrew Harper memberships automatically renew at the end of the term. To cancel auto-renew payments, turn off this feature within the account details section of the “My Membership” page on the website or contact us at least 72 hours prior to payment.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time by contacting us no later than thirty (30) days before your next renewal period begins, and the cancellation will take effect the following month. Sufficiently in advance of the end of each annual membership period, we will send you a reminder e-mail informing you that your next membership is about to renew. If you do not cancel, and the auto-renew option is active, your membership will renew, and applicable membership Fees will be charged to your credit card.
Membership Fees and Payment
Your right to use our service is conditional upon our receipt of payment of membership Fees. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately either suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this Terms of Service and all our obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to change any of the fees that we charge, including Membership Fees, or to institute new or additional fees, at any time upon notice to you.
Prices and Payment Terms
(a) Prices for membership are posted on our Website or by contacting Member Services. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on our Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed and auto renewals after such changes. Posted prices may not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling, to the extent applicable. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
(b) We may offer discounts and promotions from time to time on our Website and through other forms of communication that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will govern. Special offers and discounts are non transferable; they are limited to the time-frame outlined; and they are not continued upon auto renewal or after a lapse of membership. Standard pricing, including multi-year discounts, is applied upon auto renewals.
(c) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept all major credit and debit cards for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit or debit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit or debit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit or debit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order.
(d) Returns and Refunds: except for any products designated on the Website as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a pro-rata refund of your purchase price. To return products, you must call 1-800-375-4685 (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday) or email our Member Services team at MemberServices@AndrewHarper.com before shipping your product, if any, back to us. Refunds are processed within approximately 10 (ten) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this Website as non-returnable or non-refundable.

Travel-Planning Services and Online Travel Purchases
Each trip is unique as is the deposit, cancellation, general booking terms and other conditions, and policies that may vary significantly depending on where, when and how you are traveling. While planning your trip, Andrew Harper’s travel office will share all pertinent information and will answer any questions and concerns. Online purchases and bookings made from our Website include specific terms and conditions and cancellation policies. Andrew Harper’s Wine Concierge
By submitting an order to Porthos Wine Ventures, Inc. you are also submitting that you are 21 years of age and legally able to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Wines may be delivered to persons of 21 years of age or older only. You will be asked to provide positive ID by the shipper or carrier. Porthos is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility. All wine is sold in the State of California, and the title passes to the buyer in California. Porthos makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California. By placing an order with Porthos, you are stating to Porthos that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages.

The Andrew Harper mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Andrew Harper (“Andrew Harper”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to SMS/text messaging, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Andrew Harper through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase or Membership with Andrew Harper. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Andrew Harper mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
