Stylish Shopping in Nashville’s 12South Neighborhood

Buffalo mounted over bags, White's Mercantile - Brooke Boling

One of the most fashionable people I’ve ever met is from Nashville, but still it surprised me to find such an eclectic and high-end mix of boutiques in the city. In an age where you can buy anything online, I found Nashville’s shopping scene to be refreshingly distinctive and an introduction to some great brands.

In the 12South neighborhood south of downtown Nashville, I discovered a shopping district where unique independent retailers stand alongside well-known national brands. And while you’re sure to recognize some of the stores lining the main street here (like Faherty or Madewell), there are plenty of discoveries to be made, especially at these three boutiques I loved.
