Since travelers new to our company may not be aware of all the resources available on AndrewHarper.com, from time to time we like to enumerate the various benefits, packages and promotions we’ve put together — for members only.

Q Club

Besides standard amenities like complimentary breakfasts and hotel credits, our team has negotiated additional Q Club inclusions at more than 300 hotels. These Q Club experiences range from things like a private boat tour of Lake Como to a private dinner under a giant Botswanan baobab tree. On our website, we spell out these benefits on the participating hotel pages, and in the Collection books, you’ll see a green “Q” symbol.

Travel Auctions

Hundreds of our recommended properties offer auction packages for our members. A fresh set of auctions go live online every Tuesday at 4 p.m. Central time. Starting then, you have a week to bid on the various packages. As of this writing, we see three nights at a top Napa resort for a starting bid of half the regular price, for example, and similarly low minimum bids for two- to four-night stays in the Dominican Republic, Spain’s Rioja wine region and the French Riviera. Some packages sell for close to their minimums. And occasionally, we have “flash sales,” when we offer packages for an opening bid of $100. On the website, look under our “Offers” tab and click on “Auctions” to see the latest selection. And under “Travel Deals,” you can simply purchase an auction package at a fixed price, with no need to wait for the bidding period to end.

Special Offers

Under the “Offers” tab, you’ll find “Special Offers,” limited-time promotions, such as a 20% savings if you book certain hotels far enough in advance, a $2,200 per-suite shipboard credit on a luxury cruise line and a complimentary third night at our top-rated hotel in Chicago. You’ll also find upgrades at the time of booking and special Q Club-like experiences.

Online Booking Service

For simple itineraries, it’s sometimes easiest to just make hotel reservations online. Many members have been booking properties through AndrewHarper.com, but we received feedback that the tool was clunky. It was, and we have made some changes. Now we’re pleased to unveil a new version of the online booking service that’s simpler and more user-friendly. Plus, members can use it to book cruises and car rentals in addition to hotels. The online booking service is available around the clock, of course, and you can get live chat support Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Central time. You’ll be able to compare rates and inclusions more easily, and you’ll be able to reserve any special member benefits and amenities that might be available.
