Discover Southeast Asia is an in-depth two-week cultural journey through the heart of a compelling and diverse region, taking in ancient civilizations, UNESCO-listed old towns, dramatic coastlines and metropolitan areas. Days 1–3

Nha Trang, Vietnam

Arrive at Amanoi by private transfer; enjoy a complimentary spa treatment and spend the rest of the day relaxing at this stunning bayside resort. Gather in the evening for dinner and cocktails with your fellow guests and expedition leader.

The following day offers a mix of local exploration and leisurely use of Amanoi’s world-class amenities. Discover local villages and markets on an offroad bike ride. Embark on a 45-minute hike to the hidden Temple Cove within the National Park, offering breathtaking views of Amanoi. Enjoy complimentary water sports activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, hobie cat sailing, and snorkeling at Amanoi’s Beach Club. In the afternoon, a special shared experience includes exploring Vinh Hy Bay by boat and lunch on a floating seafood restaurant. Alternatively, hike to the summit of Goga Peak for panoramic views of Vietnam’s rugged coastline, or explore the dense forests of Nui Chua National Park.

Days 3-6

Luang Prabang, Laos

After a leisurely morning at Amanoi and lunch aboard our private jet, arrive at Amantaka in the UNESCO-protected old town of Luang Prabang. In the evening, we have arranged a traditional Baci ceremony for you with a special local guest.

Your time in Lao is characterized by many memorable experiences including meeting the gentle giants rehomed at an elephant sanctuary, swimming in the waters of the three-tiered Kuang Si Waterfall, delving into the remote hill tribe cultures of northern Laos, shopping for artisanal products at the Hmong Night Market, and more. Highlights include witnessing the timeless tradition of almsgiving, as saffron-robed monks process through the streets at daybreak. A special shared experience sees guests travel up the Mekong River by boat to the hidden Pak Ou Caves, home to over 10,000 Buddha images.

Amantaka is set near Mount Phousi, a short walk from the ancient capital in Luang Prabang. The property is fronted by an immaculate lawn.

Days 6-9

Siem Reap, Cambodia

Arrive in Cambodia in the early afternoon following a short private jet transfer from Luang Prabang. Siem Reap is yours to explore with your private car, driver, and guide — we recommend visiting APOPO Hero Landmine Rats, where trained rats help detect landmines, or exploring the atmospheric Ta Prohm Temple with an archaeologist guide. In the evening, you can attend the mesmerizing Phare Acrobatics Show, a fusion of visual arts, music, and acrobatics.

The following morning, rise early for a sunrise visit to the iconic Angkor Wat. Witness the grandeur of this 12th-century temple as the sun casts its first rays upon it before exploring the ancient walled city of Angkor Thom, awe-inspiring Bayon Temple, and Banteay Srei, known as the "Citadel of Women," and renowned for its intricate carvings. Alternatively, spend a full day exploring Cambodia’s Great Lake, the ecologically-important Tonle Sap. A once-in-a-lifetime helicopter ride over ancient Angkorian ruins kicks off your final day in Cambodia in style, and in the evening, gather for a special private dinner among the evocative temples of Banteay Samré with traditional Cambodian dance performances.

Days 9–12

Phuket, Thailand

Arrive at Amanpuri, the original Aman resort, in the sparkling Andaman Sea and enjoy the afternoon at your leisure – with the beach, spa, yoga, golf, scuba diving and water sports all on the agenda.

The following day, we have arranged a farewell lunch excursion aboard a private yacht. Board a yacht and cruise on the sparkling water of UNESCO-listed Phang Nga Bay. The shallow bay comprises 42 islands and at least 28 species of mangrove and is home to many diverse and endangered species, including the dugong. Stop on an island to spend time on the beach and swim. If you wish, charter a private helicopter the next day for a thrilling ride over Phang Nga Bay, where hundreds of towering limestone karsts thrust up out of the turquoise sea. Rest and relax in the tropical bliss of Phuket for the remainder of your time here.

Days 12–14

Bangkok, Thailand

Enjoy the short flight from Phuket to Thailand’s cosmopolitan capital Bangkok, where you will check into the new Aman Nai Lert, Aman’s latest urban sanctuary. In the evening, take in the iconic sights of Bangkok, including the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, from the Chao Phraya river aboard a privately chartered Hacker Craft vessel. On the penultimate day of Discover Southeast Asia 2026, explore Bangkok at your leisure with your private car, driver and guide. On top of historical wonders such as the 16th-century Wat Pho, we recommend the maze-like flower market and Jim Thompson House, the wonderfully-preserved home of  the American former spy and architect who played a huge role in revitalizing Thailand’s traditional fine silk industry in the mid 20th century. Gather in the evening for dinner and cocktails to toast the conclusion of your Aman Jet Expedition!
