The hotel scene of Paris is always evolving, but with the start of the Summer Olympics, it’s in a veritable froth. Next, we moved to the prestigious 8th arrondissement to review a long-recommended Parisian bolthole, the San Régis, plus the Maison Villeroy (and its Michelin-starred restaurant) and the trendy Maison Delano.
