Travel Office Expansion

We’ve been delighted to see member requests for travel planning assistance on the rise. Knowing that many of you will travel even more this year than you did last year, we’re expanding our hours to 7:30 p.m. on weeknights and on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CT. And of course, you can always contact us via email (24-hour emergency air service is also available to members).

Online Booking

Sometimes you just want to make a quick hotel booking and be done with it. For those moments, we’ve added a hotel booking tool to this website. Under the “Plan Travel” tab on the homepage menu, just click “Book Now.” Our hotel description pages also have links to the tool. Feel free to use this option when it’s convenient, but of course you can always contact our Travel Office for expert advice and personalized planning assistance.

Collection Redesign

Every year we produce 12 installments of the Andrew Harper Collection, our annually updated guidebooks to the world, which have been mailed to print members two volumes at a time over the course of a year. In February, we will debut a fresh new design of a complete boxed set of 12 guidebooks. With its updated look and beautiful linen keepsake box, you’ll be able to display and reference the entire 2024 Collection throughout the year ahead.
